The Senior Engineer – QA/QC (Fabrication)

Job Purpose

The Senior Engineer – QA/QC (Fabrication) is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all quality assurance and quality control activities related to modular fabrication, structural steel, piping, pressure vessels, mechanical equipment, welding, painting/coating, preservation, and final assembly works carried out at the Modular Fabrication Shop and DAS Site. The role ensures all fabrication activities comply with ADNOC specifications, project requirements, international codes, and approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), supporting successful project execution and client acceptance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Minimum 8 years in fabrication quality for offshore projects.
• Proven experience on ADNOC Offshore projects is mandatory.
• Experience in Modular Fabrication Yard and DAS Site (Das Island) is highly preferred.
• Experience with module fabrication, piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, and mechanical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Mechanical Completion and Project Handover.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
