Supervisors (Civil /Mechanical /I&C)

We are looking for an experienced Supervisors (Civil /Mechanical /I&C) with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in supervising works, preferably within ADNOC or similar environments.

Positions Available

• Civil Supervisor
• Mechanical Supervisor
• I&C (Instrumentation & Control) Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other site staff.
• Review drawings and plans, and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and company HSE guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Previous ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, and safety practices.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
