Supervisor, OPS Support
Job Purpose
The Supervisor – OPS Support is responsible for leading and coordinating all operations support activities for the ADNOC Onshore project. The role ensures efficient delivery of administrative and operational support services, compliance with ADNOC and project procedures, effective coordination between project teams, and timely resolution of operational issues to support safe and uninterrupted project execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, electrical, Electronics, etc)
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations Support, Project Services, or Project Administration in Oil & Gas.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working on ADNOC , EPC, Oil & Gas, or Brownfield/Greenfield projects is essential.
- Familiarity with ADNOC management systems, procedures, and project requirements is preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of ADNOC Onshore project execution requirements.
- Understanding of EPC project lifecycle.
- Experience in manpower coordination and mobilization.
- Knowledge of logistics and site administration.
- Reporting and KPI management.
- Document control and records management.
- Risk identification and issue tracking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
