Supervisor Civil - Construction

Job Purpose

The Civil Supervisor – Construction is responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, quality requirements, and project schedules. The role involves overseeing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to HSE requirements, and supporting timely project completion.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role on EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience on ADNOC Onshore projects.
• Experience in construction of:
  • Process plants
  • Pumping stations
  • Compressor stations
  • Pipeline facilities
  • Utilities
  • Industrial buildings
  • Infrastructure works
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction activities.
