We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Specialist Technical HSE provides expert technical safety and environmental engineering support during FEED and Detailed Engineering phases of Oil & Gas projects. The role ensures that design deliverables meet HSE requirements, regulatory standards, and project specifications while enabling safe, reliable, and compliant project execution with a strong background in the oil and gas industry for PMC role based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review HSE deliverables during FEED and Detailed Engineering.
• Facilitate and participate in technical safety studies
• Provide HSE input during engineering development.
• Support incident investigations, risk assessments, into engineering design.
• Support engineering teams in implementing inherently safe design principles.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to address safety, health, and environmental aspects in design

Qualification Required.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO auditor, TUV Functional Safety.
