#Penspen is urgently looking for Specialist Lifting Operations- (Offshore - WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping B/Fs) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities         

• Plan and execute complex offshore lifting operations for WHTs, subsea cables, and piping bridge frames, ensuring safe and efficient installation.
• Prepare, review, and approve lifting studies, lift plans, and method statements in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with international standards, client specifications, and HSE regulations during all lifting activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, marine, construction, and HSE teams to ensure seamless offshore execution.
• Supervise offshore lifting operations, including rigging checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments, ensuring equipment certification and readiness.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.

Experience Required

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong offshore exposure.
• Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are often required
• PMC experience will be preferred
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
