#Penspen is urgently looking for Specialist Completion / ICAPs - (Offshore - WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping , B/Fs) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities         

• • Lead and manage offshore completion and ICAP activities for WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and bridge frames, ensuring readiness for commissioning.
  • Develop, review, and implement completion procedures, ICAP plans, and system handover documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure smooth interface management and timely system completion.
  • Verify completion status through walkdowns, punch list management, and system testing, ensuring all requirements are closed out.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, project standards, and HSE requirements during offshore completion activities.
  • Track progress, report completion status, and support final handover and acceptance of offshore

Experience Required

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong offshore exposure.
• Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are often required
• PMC experience will be preferred
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
