Penspen is looking for experienced candidates for the position of Specialist Commissioning (Telecom).

A Telecom Commissioning Specialist is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and handover of telecommunication systems (e.g., MPLS, Fiber, RF, CCTV, VoIP) to ensure they meet technical, safety, and operational standards. They perform functional tests, troubleshoot network issues, and prepare documentation, often collaborating with vendors and client.

Qualification Required

• An Engineering Degree, preferably from the Telecom background.

Experience Required

• Minimum 17 years of experience.
• 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry in which minimum 5 years in the Offshore projects in the Telecom area.
• Good exposure to the Commissioning activities.
• Must have handled offshore projects dealing with WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping, B/Fs) etc.
• Previous ADNOC offshore experience is and added advantage.
