Penspen is hiring experienced Senior Supervisor – Mechanical Construction responsible for overseeing mechanical construction activities in Oil & Gas projects, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and timely completion of works in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site mechanical construction activities including piping, static & rotating equipment installation, structural works, and pressure testing.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, method statements, and international codes (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
• Monitor subcontractors and workforce productivity to achieve project milestones.
• Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe work practices at site.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, and commissioning teams.
• Review construction schedules and report progress to management.
• Ensure quality inspections, testing, and documentation are properly implemented.

  Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering is mandatory
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector
• 5 years in GCC region
• 5 years of experience in similar position
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas 
• Strong knowledge of piping, equipment erection, welding, and hydrotesting.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments
• In-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
