Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Supervisor E&I for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

  • The candidates should have Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline from accredited university.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and supervising all Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance activities on offshore oil and gas facilities, including production platforms, FPSOs, offshore processing facilities, and drilling units
  • Ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical power systems, instrumentation, control systems, and safety-critical equipment while maintaining compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Lead and supervise Electrical and Instrumentation technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Ensure maximum availability and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Review, prioritize, and approve maintenance work orders.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment performance.
  • Participate in offshore shutdown planning and execution.
  • Develop E&I work scopes and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate vendors and specialist contractors.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance and upgrade activities.
  • Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and procedures.
  • Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
  • Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
  • Verify electrical isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Support reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate equipment failures and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
  • Implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Lead and mentor E&I maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct competency assessments and performance reviews.
  • Develop training plans for technicians and supervisors.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.
  • Proven experience managing shutdowns and major maintenance campaigns.
  • Experience with safety-critical systems and process control systems.
  • Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
  • Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
