Senior Site Construction Planning Engineer (Offshore)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and management of project construction schedules for offshore projects.

Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Prepare and update detailed construction plans, ensuring that resource allocation and project timelines are optimized.

Monitor progress and performance, identifying and mitigating any potential delays or issues.

Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth integration of construction activities with other project phases.

Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders on project status, changes, and any issues that arise.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with significant experience in offshore construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and execution in the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of project management processes, including resource management, budgeting, and risk management.

Proven experience working in an offshore environment with a focus on site construction.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
