Senior QA/QC Engineer - E&I
Job Summary:
The Senior QA/QC Engineer – E&I is responsible for ensuring all electrical and instrumentation works at site comply with project specifications, approved drawings, international codes, and client requirements. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with construction and commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for Electrical & Instrumentation works at site.

Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and inspection reports.

Conduct inspections for installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems.

Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA, and project standards.

Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client representatives.

Witness testing activities (megger, continuity, loop checks, calibration, FAT/SAT).

Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective actions.

Maintain QA/QC records, dossiers, and handover documentation.

Support project audits and client inspections.

Mentor junior QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

15+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of E&I installation, testing, and commissioning.

Familiar with international standards and client specifications.

Experience working on site with EPC contractors.
-
Excellent reporting and coordination skills.
