Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Chemical)
- Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
- 15+ years in oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 5 years in PMC / EPCM role
- Experience with ADNOC Major projects (highly preferred). Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Offshore / island project experience is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of international codes (API, ASME, IEC, etc.)
- Familiarity with ADNOC standards and procedures
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in remote site conditions (Das Island rotation)

Job Description
Manage and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities on behalf of the client (PMC role), ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Act as the focal point between client, EPC contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee project execution across all phases (FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning)
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedule and milestones
2. Engineering Oversight
- Review and approve engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, calculations)
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil)
3. Construction & Site Management
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure alignment with approved designs
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and commissioning
- Ensure constructability reviews and site readiness
4. HSE & Quality Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC safety standards
- Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID, and safety audits
- Monitor QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project specifications
5. Planning & Scheduling
- Review and track project schedules (Primavera P6 or equivalent)
- Identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely progress reporting to stakeholders
6. Cost & Contract Management
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and change orders
- Review contractor invoices and progress payments
- Support contract administration and claims evaluation
7. Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare progress reports, technical notes, and presentations
- Conduct meetings with client, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure effective communication across all project interfaces
