Senior PMC Coordinator
Main Purpose of Role:
Co-ordination of PMC project activities within MEA region, support project team for overall PMC staff administration management and interface.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to PMC Project team
- Support with PMC invoicing activities
- Follow up and timely submission of monthly and draft timesheets by PMC staff
- Coordinate between PMC staff leave request and PM approval
- Calculation of cost of the resource’s deployment
- Maintain the record of new joiners, leavers, and transfer cases
- Prepare PAF report based on the margin calculations
- Update and maintain the Leave Tracker form in coordination with HR
- Maintain the log for any category changes or project transfers
- Compliance with quality, safety, and company policies of Penspen
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, the role may also be required to get involved in other Project team related projects and activities.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in PMC support role
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail.
- Used to working under pressure and to tight, multiple deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing written information and to communicate in a professional manner and in a pressurized environment.
- Reliable and responsible with highly organized and efficient administrative skills.
- Client focused, resilient and self-motivated.
- Strong background in the use of Word, Excel and PDF to prepare professional documents.
