Senior Piping Engineer

Minimum Qualification

Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in offshore engineering and design.
Expertise in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with ADNOC project standards, specifications, and processes.
Experience in offshore piping layout and material selection.
Strong knowledge of international standards (e.g., ASME, API, ANSI) and offshore codes and regulations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Execution:

Lead piping engineering through FEED, detailed design, procurement, and construction.
Ensure timely delivery of all piping-related deliverables, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

2. FEED & Detailed Engineering:

Oversee piping design, calculations, material selection, and system requirements during FEED and detailed engineering stages.
Review design packages and ensure technical alignment with project requirements.

3. Offshore Expertise:

Lead offshore piping system design and installation, ensuring compliance with safety and offshore regulations.

4. Project Coordination:

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare material take-offs (MTO), procurement plans, and monitor project schedules.

5. Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance on piping design, stress analysis, and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct design reviews, quality assurance checks, and resolve engineering issues.
