Penspen is looking for PMC – Senior Instrumentation Engineer (Systems) - site‑based with gas processing plant experience in Instrumentation Control & Safety Systems (ICSS), covering DCS, ESD/SIS, F&G, and PLC/SCADA systems.

The scope includes field instruments, actuated valves, and vendor packages with responsibilities for document review, support to FAT, I‑FAT, SAT, commissioning activities, and ICSS integration

Qualification Required

• An Engineering Degree in Instrumentation form a recognised University.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in which 10 years should be in the oil and gas industry
• Good experience in the Gas processing projects
• The candidate shall have experience including design exposure, installation of field instrument and actuated valves, and prior work at site and/or in a Field Engineering role.
• Candidate should be able to clarify queries related to Instrumentation deliverables prepared by the Home Office and the Field Engineering team.
• Candidate should have experience in loop checking, cause & effect verification, and control loop checks for DCS, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems.
• Experience with ADNOC group companies or similar Oil & Gas organizations in the Middle East is desirable.
