The Senior HSE Engineer will serve as the PMC focal point for all technical safety and loss prevention activities during the engineering and execution phases of a major petrochemical expansion project. The role is responsible for ensuring that technical safety requirements are fully integrated into the design, reviewed for compliance with applicable codes and standards, and implemented throughout project execution.

The successful candidate will provide independent technical assurance of contractor engineering deliverables, safety studies, risk assessments, and loss prevention designs while supporting the safe and reliable delivery of the project. The role requires extensive experience in technical safety engineering within petrochemical, oil & gas, refining, or major industrial projects, with a strong background in FEED and detailed engineering.
