We are looking for a Senior HSE Engineer with strong operational safety experience in upstream oil & gas facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering. 
• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas sector
• Proven operational safety background across upstream facilities in drilling, production, well operations, or field operations
• Strong experience in Permit to Work (PTW), SIMOPS, JSA, LOTO, confined space, lifting operations
• Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operational HSE management
• Experience in incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor HSE management
• Familiar with upstream operational risks such as H₂S, well control, high-pressure systems
• Relevant HSE certifications preferred (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent)
