We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Engineer to lead and manage risk management activities across major oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, project controls, and project risk management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project risk management plans and procedures.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders.

• Integrate risk management with project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.

• Monitor project performance, evaluate risk trends, and provide regular risk reports.

• Support decision-making by providing risk-based insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate with project managers, planners, and cost engineers to ensure consistent risk analysis and forecasting.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in project management and risk control processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects, with a focus on project risk management, planning, and controls.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (EPC/EPCM environments preferred).

• Proficiency in risk analysis tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, Safran, etc.) and project control software (e.g., Primavera P6).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
