We are hiring for a Senior Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) Process Engineer with extensive oil and gas experience to support project delivery and ensure a smooth transition from project phase to steady-state operations. The role focuses on process systems readiness, risk identification, and ensuring compliance with operational and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering activities related to operations readiness and assurance.
• Evaluate process design and operability during project phases.
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks before handover to operations.
• Support development of operating procedures and training materials.
• Interface with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.

Qualification Required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
