Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Operation Readiness & Assurance (Process) with 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will support operation readiness activities to ensure facilities, systems, and processes are prepared for safe and efficient startup and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operation readiness and assurance activities during project execution and pre-commissioning stages.

• Review and verify process systems, procedures, and documentation for operational readiness.

• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.

• Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP reviews, and operational planning.

• Monitor readiness status and support smooth handover from project to operations.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to operation readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or Process Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Experience in operation readiness, assurance, commissioning, or process operations.

• Strong knowledge of process systems and plant operations.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
