- Review electrical designs for operability, maintainability, reliability, accessibility and safe isolation, incorporating operations and maintenance requirements.
- Review EPC contractor procedures for electrical pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization and start-up, and monitor readiness against approved requirements.
- Assess readiness of power generation and distribution systems, HV/LV switchgear, transformers, motors, protection systems, emergency power, UPS, batteries and earthing systems, as applicable.
- Coordinate with the client, EPC contractors, commissioning teams, operations, maintenance, HSE and vendors to resolve electrical readiness gaps.
- Review electrical operating procedures, maintenance instructions, isolation procedures and emergency-response arrangements for completeness and alignment with installed equipment.
