Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi (Site Based)

We are currently hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer for a leading Oil & Gas PMC / Engineering project.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Bachelors in relevant engineering degree.
• Strong background in FEED and Detailed Engineering
• Proven experience in projects involving SRU, H₂S / CO₂-rich gas systems
  
• Hands-on expertise in electrical engineering design and system studies
• Good knowledge of international codes, standards, and client specifications (IEC, IEEE, API, client standards)
• Experience in preparation and review of:
  • Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
  • Load schedules and load flow studies
  • Cable sizing and cable schedules
  • Earthing / grounding and lightning protection layouts
  • Electrical equipment datasheets and specifications
  • Hazardous area classification inputs
  • Lighting and small power layouts
  • UPS, battery charger, and generator systems
• Experience in vendor document review and technical bid evaluation
• Exposure to power distribution systems, substations, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, and VFDs
• Experience in ETAP / power system studies such as short circuit, relay coordination, and load flow analysis preferred
• Site engineering / construction support exposure is preferred
• Experience in site queries, troubleshooting, commissioning support, and as-built reviews will be an added advantage
• Experience in PMC/Client based role
