Job Summary:

Senior Contracts Engineer with 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including strong ADNOC project experience. Responsible for managing contracts across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and administer EPC, EPCM, and service contracts

• Manage tendering, bid evaluation, and contract awards

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, policies, and procedures

• Handle contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and project teams

• Monitor contract performance, costs, and schedules

• Support negotiations with contractors and vendors

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas contracts experience

• Proven ADNOC project experience (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contract standards

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
