Penspen is urgently looking to hire Senior Completion Engineer responsible for supervising and executing safe, efficient, and cost-effective well-completion operations at the site. Duties include coordinating contractors, monitoring operational performance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring well integrity, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

Responsibilities 

• Lead completion activities at the wellsite.
• Implement approved completion programs and procedures.
• Manage onsite crews, contractors, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain safe operations and verify well barriers.
• Resolve operational problems and minimize downtime.
• Report daily progress, performance, and completion results.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with international standards 
• PMC, EPC and Offshore experience will be preferred
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
