Senior Architect Engineer - Construction

We are hiring a Senior Architect Engineer - Construction to be based in Abu Dhabi to lead the execution and delivery within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the architectural execution of service station construction projects from ground-breaking to completion
Review and ensure implementation of design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained
Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and authority requirements
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on-site design-related issues
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate approvals and smooth project delivery
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards
Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives on construction sites

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four-year program)
15 years of overall professional experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)
At least 8 years experience in a similar role in Construction works (Construction transmittals review, review contractors' design,shopdrawings,MARs, contractors' & Sub contractors' Prequalification, etc.
Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
Holds a valid UAE driving license
