QA/QC Specialist

We are urgently looking for a QA/QC Specialist to work in one of our PMC project in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

Any Engineering Degree with all the relevant QC certificate such as CSWIP/AWS BGAS/NACE etc.
A Lead Auditor Certification

Experience Requried

Minimum 17+ years of experience in the relevant field in which 10 years in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry out of which 5+ years in the GCC region in the similar role.
Must have worked in Large oil and gas project
PMC experience is a must
Good working knowledge in the best Quality practices and proceedures in the oil and gas industry
Must have done Quality auditing and close out

Duties and Responsibilities

Implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with Project Quality Assurance, Company’s project quality System requirements and ISO 9001.
Performing / carrying out contract review Quality perspective, identifying quality risks & mitigation monitoring Quality and projects KPI ensuring compliance.Involved in ISO 9001:2015 based Quality Management System (QMS) implementation & certification.
Developing of resources plan, facilitates and leads Quality team to ensure effective engagement, implementation and assisting project personnel / PMT. Ensure the project Quality policy, objectives and systems in a manner that meets project and contractual requirements
Preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control and assurance plan & applicable quality procedures. Preparation of project review register & KPI matrix and ensures the compliance.
Conducting Quality Management reviews, Audits, project health checks, participate in lesson learnt, compilation audit report, record actions and monitor close out.
