Responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate operating strategies that provide technical compliance with contracts with clients and allow the generation of new sales and/or the growth of projects. May include visits to clients and identification of new clients and businesses.
- Prepare annual Budgets and Projections (Forecast). Includes monthly and projected Backlog for new and/or current projects.
- Ensure compliance with indicators related to income, margins and budget projections (Forecast) for the country's operations.
- Deliver the monthly income and expense report for the projects in support of managers, project coordinators and finances.
- Participate in LATAM meetings and deliver results when required.
- Support to managers and executive lines for the efficient and effective provision of the services that Penspen offers to our clients in the country where this role is required.
- Enable the efficient operation of all projects that are executed from the country offices by supporting managers and support areas.
- Accounting and Finance of local projects, including time-writing, billing and cash.
- Monitor client service delivery standards and provide a first line of response to issues that may arise.
- Supervision of expenses and relationships with local contractors and suppliers.
- First point of contact for clients in case of query regarding existing or new projects, new opportunities, project issues, etc.
- Work with industry leaders and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure the application and reporting of the Finance group's policies and procedures, including accounting for projects, travel, expenses, subsidies, purchases, etc.
- Promote the profitability of the office and projects by helping managers in the management of personnel and local general expenses.
- Ensure consistent application and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures including the participation of all staff in the performance and development of policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application and communication of QHSE policies and procedures.
- Guarantee the provision of IT systems management services in a manner that is consistent with the information systems strategy and policy.
- Interact with regional and corporate leaders and the other subsidiaries of the group.
Ensure efficient management of the country office so that staff have a safe and clean environment to work in and promote productivity and morale.
