Project Engineering Team Leader

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant project engineering experience and minimum 5 years experience in similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
Minimum of 05 years of relevant offshore experience, FEED, detailed engineering, PMC and ADNOC experience.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
Ability to navigate and manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards in project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
Oversee the design, engineering, and executive of offshore, FEED, and detailed engineering phases, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Provide strategic guidance to project stakeholders, mitigating risks and resolving technical issues.
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Ensure that all engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the quality standards.
