Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Project Engineer (Onshore)-Electrical & Communication background with PMC experience in contract administration, co-ordination, project support activities. in onshore oil & gas projects to work in our PMS project in Alkhafji - KSA

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate and will liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages. Project Engineer shall as be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• At least Ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in the appropriate field
