Penspen www.penspen.com is looking for Project Control Specialist to be based in Al Khafji-KSA ,responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership and coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related Technical degree 

Responsibilities

16 years of which at least 10 years in direct involvement in project planning, scheduling, cost estimate, material procurement and accounting and forecasting in engineering of major/ large projects. Capable of using scheduling applications like Primavera/MS Project.
