We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to be based in Abu Dhabi. 

Main Purpose of Role:

  • Provide document control/admin services to the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma

Advantage

  • Previous experience in Region
  • Preferred Arabic Speaker

Technical Knowledge and Skills (Discipline Specific):

  • Min 3-5 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
  • Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word, power point) skills
  • Experience on EDMS is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out document control/admin services in line with the project services procedures.
  • Use the company’s electronic document management system to record all document work flows.
  • Ensure all project-related registers and databases are updated accurately.
  • Interface with the client representatives (when necessary) on document management issues.
  • Participate in project audits to demonstrate project records are well maintained for retention and in conformance with document control processes and procedures.
