Piping/Pipeline Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee piping/pipeline engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, including FEED, detailed design, and engineering phases.

Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and project specifications.

Prepare and review technical documentation, including piping material specifications, drawings, and reports.

Provide expert guidance on the selection of materials, pipe support design, and installation methods.

Conduct design reviews and ensure the integration of all aspects of the piping design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Provide technical input to risk assessments and troubleshooting during project execution.

Ensure all piping/pipeline designs adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Mentoring and providing technical leadership to junior engineers and project teams.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or Piping Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in piping and pipeline engineering in the Oil & Gas sector.

Proven experience in FEED, detailed engineering, and design of piping/pipeline systems.

Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.).

Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD, SmartPlant, or similar engineering design software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
