Penspen www.penspen.com are currently recruiting for a Ltd contractor with solid Pipeline GIS CAD Designer experience. 

Are you a highly experienced GIS and CAD specialist, predominantly serving the Oil & Gas (onshore) a sectors with relevant experience (including lead) and technical qualifications?

Have you lead GIS/CAD resource on a high variety of projects from project phase from concept through to FEED, detailed design, and follow-on?

Knowledge:

Experience of specialist GIS, database management and remote sensing software including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop (including Spatial and 3D Analyst), ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, Esri’s Web Application Builder, ArcSDE, Model Builder, ArcPy, Python, FME (Form and Flow), Voyager GIS, GeoJobe, ET Geowizards, MapInfo Professional, MapBasic, Autodesk MapGuide, AutoCAD Map 3D, IDRISI, ERDAS Imagine, SQL Server, Oracle and MS Access.

Skills Required

• Must have at least three (8+) years of experience in similar position for company’s GIS systems management.
• Proficiency in GIS Spatial data design, database schemas development utilizing ESRI ArcGIS platform.
• Professional experience in Geospatial data modelling and analysis, geoprocessing, problem-solving, etc.
• Candidate shall have professional experience in GIS applications and tools development to automate workflows, enhance GIS functionality, and optimize data processing in addition, deep knowledge in GIS data acquisition and integration from diverse sources like satellite imageries, survey data, remote sensing, excel sheets, etc.
• Effective communication skills are required. The candidate also requires a strong understanding of the technology landscape relevant to the oil and gas industry project management.
