Job Purpose

The Mechanical Supervisor – Construction is responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical construction activities on the ADNOC Onshore project, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ADNOC specifications, project requirements, approved procedures, and applicable international standards. The role oversees contractor workforces, ensures quality workmanship, monitors progress against schedules, and supports the successful delivery of the project.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant technical certifications in mechanical construction are preferred.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of mechanical construction experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience on ADNOC Onshore, EPC, refinery, gas processing, or petrochemical projects.
• Experience in brownfield and greenfield construction projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and project execution procedures.
