Penspen is looking for Engineering Manager Role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have an Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Oversees complex engineering operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project execution while leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Direct large-scale offshore engineering projects, including FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed engineering phases.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline targets.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and offshore regulations.
• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols
• Contribute to long-term engineering strategy and innovation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.
• Support engineering change management and resolve technical challenges.

Experience Required

• Minimum 25+ years in oil & gas, with minimum 10+ Yrs of strong offshore projects.
• Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments
• Must have handled large FEED/EPC projects in the offshore field 
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
