Lead Construction Engineer

Penspen is urgently looking to hire Lead Construction Engineer is to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead site execution, manage contractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, monitor project progress, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise construction activities for oil & gas projects.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets.
Resolve technical and construction issues at site.
Review and approve construction plans, methods, and work packages.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with international standards
PMC, EPC and Fabrication yard experience will be preferred
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
