Lead and manage telecom systems commissioning at the fabrication yard and support offshore readiness, ensuring all systems are tested, safe, and ready for offshore installation and operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead telecom commissioning activities at the yard (FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning)

• Supervise and coordinate contractors and commissioning teams

• Ensure telecom systems are installed and tested as per project specifications and offshore standards

• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test packs, and documentation

• Coordinate with construction, engineering, HSE, and client teams

• Support offshore commissioning and integration when required

• Ensure compliance with oil & gas and offshore safety standards

• Report commissioning progress and resolve technical issues

Key Requirements

• 18+ years of oil & gas experience

• Strong offshore project experience (platforms, jackets, topsides, FPSO, etc.)

• Proven experience in telecom commissioning (radio, PA/GA, CCTV, networks, fiber optic, telecom systems)

• Previous role as Lead or Senior Commissioning Engineer

• Experience working in fabrication yards

• Strong coordination and leadership skills

• Familiar with international offshore standards and client requirements
