Lead and manage instrumentation & control (I&C) commissioning activities to ensure systems are tested, functional, and ready for safe operation at yard and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead I&C commissioning activities (pre-commissioning, commissioning, loop checks, system testing)

• Supervise and coordinate commissioning teams and contractors

• Review and approve I&C commissioning procedures and test packs

• Interface with construction, engineering, telecom, electrical, HSE, and operations

• Ensure I&C systems meet project specifications and offshore standards

• Support offshore commissioning, integration, and start-up

• Troubleshoot I&C issues during commissioning

• Report commissioning progress and manage punch lists

Key Requirements

• 18+ years of oil & gas experience

• Strong offshore commissioning experience

• Expertise in I&C systems (DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G, SCADA, field instruments)

• Previous experience as Lead / Senior Commissioning Engineer (I&C)

• Experience working in fabrication yards and offshore installations

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Knowledge of international codes and standards
