  Alternative (I): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Hardware and Networking.
  Alternative (II) Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Hardware and Networking.

 Years of Experience:

• Alternative (I): Eight (8) years of experience in Engineering and supervising Network and Communication Systems.
  Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of which within Engineering and supervising Network and Communication Systems.
