We are hiring HSE officer for onshore projects to support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems across project sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification.
• Monitor contractor and workforce compliance with HSE requirements.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
• Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain HSE records, permits, and site documentation.
• Support emergency response and site safety initiatives.

Qualification / Experience (Skills):

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of HSE experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
