Qualification Required

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience including minimum of (5) five years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum two (2) years (preferred) in GCC region.

Skills Required

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position for company’s GIS systems management.
• Proficiency in GIS Spatial data design, database schemas development utilizing ESRI ArcGIS platform.
• Professional experience in Geospatial data modelling and analysis, geoprocessing, problem-solving, etc.
• Candidate shall have professional experience in GIS applications and tools development to automate workflows, enhance GIS functionality, and optimize data processing in addition, deep knowledge in GIS data acquisition and integration from diverse sources like satellite imageries, survey data, remote sensing, excel sheets, etc.
• Effective communication skills are required. The candidate also requires a strong understanding of the technology landscape relevant to the oil and gas industry project management.
