Engineering Manager (PMC)

Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Purpose

The Engineering Manager will lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities for Onshore PMC project, ensuring engineering deliverables are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client specifications, international standards, and project objectives. The role requires extensive knowledge and practical experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) and Upstream Oil & Gas projects, with proven leadership across Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, and EPC phases.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent professional registration is preferred.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 20 years of engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years in Engineering Management or Lead Engineering roles within a PMC environment.
• Mandatory practical working experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) and Upstream Oil & Gas projects.
• Mandatory experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams on major Oil & Gas projects.
• Mandatory hands-on experience across Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, and EPC phases of Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects.
• ADNOC or other major Middle East operator project experience is highly preferred.
