Document Controller (HSE)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with at least 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specializing in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all HSE-related documents to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HSE-related documents, including policies, procedures, reports, and certifications.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of all HSE records, reports, and audit results.
- Implement and adhere to document control procedures to maintain document integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with HSE teams to ensure documentation aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the distribution and filing of HSE documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor document approval processes and ensure timely approvals and revisions.
- Maintain a centralized electronic and/or physical filing system for easy retrieval and tracking of documents.
- Support HSE audits and inspections by providing required documents and records.
- Ensure documents are archived in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in HSE.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and HSE standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, EDMS, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HSE-related certifications or training.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards.
