We are looking for a Cost Estimation Engineer to work in our PMS project in Abu dhabi, UAE.

The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Project control support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and delivers the program of projects.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• Education: Alternative (I): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field. Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in one or more areas of project cost estimation related expertise. Years of Experience: Alternative (I): Eight (8) years Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years   Experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost estimation and forecasting issues and problems.
