We are looking for a Contracts Engineer to work in our PMS project in Dubai, UAE and Khafji,KSA who has excellent knowledge of various contracting types, strategies, claims, causes and preventive actions.

Years of Experience/Knowledge (Skills):

• Alternative (I): Eight (8) years of experience in project contract administration, procurement, vendor communication and contract writing skills. At least Six (6) years in contract relevant activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years of experience in project management activities, project contract administration, procurement, communication and contract writing skills including at least Eight (8) years in related contract activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Excellent knowledge of various contracting types, strategies, claims, causes and preventive actions.

Education:

Alternative (I): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field.
Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Contract Management.
