Location: Remote
Salary: Circa £28k - depending on experience with £900 flexible benefits package.

Main Reason for the role:
To support the asset management team, specifically the power stations and pipeline department to deliver our client¿s maintenance plans and ad hoc works in line with contracts.
You will work closely with the Account Managers, Project Engineers and Contract Control manager to ensure that routine tasks have been completed within the expected time scales and that issues are raised and escalated where appropriate and that any ad hoc projects have been set up on relevant systems.
You will be instrumental in assisting the teams¿ financial processes including but not limited to, raising supplier purchase orders and invoices, month end administration and inputting baselines and forecasts into the finance system (Agresso)
You will support the account management team during the busy period by contributing to client reports and providing insight gained through routine activities.
Identifying and implementing continual improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Good standard of general education
- Proficient in Microsoft suite products – specifically MS Excel
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- Must be incredibly organised
- Intermediate Excel
- Excellent numeracy and literacy
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Experience with Agresso would be beneficial
- Commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and proactive
Responsibilities:
Commercial:
- Auditing task completion documents and reporting on incomplete tasks or incorrect information and taking corrective action
- Tracking defects raised during tasks and making recommendations to account managers and project engineers for remedial action
- Monitoring job notification emails and liaising with the scheduling department to close any gaps
- Administration of the team’s supplier purchase orders
- Assist with the month end processes including reporting and invoicing clients
- Managing the ad hoc work request process ensuring that these have been entered on to relevant systems and that all documentation has been completed
- Assisting the Account Managers in the compilation of monthly and other routine client reports
- Ensure all aged debt or unbilled values are followed up in a timely fashion.

- Feedback on daily checks to be provided in a timely manner
- Incomplete or missing tasks to be resolved within contractual timeframes
- POs to be raised within relevant timelines
