Contract Advisor

Job Description

Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Contracts advisor, to work in our PMS project in Khafji in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is accountable for managing Engineering/EPC contractor ensuring the works are progressing as per the signed contract. The position is based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

The role will also be involved in review of early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2), as far as procurement and contracting strategy is concerned, produced by KJO front end development department. The position is based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills): 

15 years’ experience in project contract procurement, communication and contracting writing skills including at least eight (8) years in related contract activities for a large petrochemical or heavy technology industries. Excellent knowledge of various contracting types and strategies related to project executions. Good knowledge of claims causes, analysis and preventive actions.

Education:
BSc in Engineering Administration or closely related field.
