We are looking for PMC Construction Manager, civil with LNG background to be based in Abu Dhabi. 

• The Construction Manager (Civil) will be responsible for leading and supervising all civil and structural construction activities at site for a PMC-managed LNG Pre-Conditioning Plant, ensuring execution in compliance with project specifications, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements, and supporting safe construction through mechanical completion and commissioning readiness. 
• Manage and supervise civil and structural works including earthworks, piling, foundations, concrete works, underground utilities, drainage, roads, buildings, and structural steel.
• Provide PMC site oversight of EPC contractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and project standards.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, work packs, lifting plans, and construction schedule

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas / LNG projects.
• Proven experience in PMC or EPC construction supervision roles.
• In-depth knowledge of civil & structural construction practices
• Familiarity with LNG plant layout and safety requirements.
• Ability to work in complex, multi-contractor site environments
