Planning and Cost Manager (Offshore)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and cost control activities for offshore projects involving WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/Fs.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.

Track project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Oversee cost estimates, forecasts, and reporting for project stakeholders.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of all project phases.

Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Provide guidance and leadership to planning and cost control teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 18 years of experience in planning and cost management within the offshore oil and gas industry.

Strong experience with WHTs, subsea cable and piping installations, and B/Fs.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).

Extensive experience in cost estimation, forecasting, and project scheduling.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of offshore project lifecycle and risk management.
